Founded in 2022 by Johan Parada, 3MetaD is a next-generation game studio built on a simple, non-negotiable belief: small teams can build serious games and we don’t need anyone’s permission to do it.
We create games that are fun first, immersive by design, and technically future-ready whether that means shipping on Steam, delivering browser-based or client builds, or building full fantasy worlds in Unreal Engine. We are Web2-first. Web3 is an optional layer that we use only where it makes sense, where it’s supported, and where it adds clear value to players and partners.
We are a creative-first tribe of artists, developers, designers, storytellers, engineers, and community leads remote, lean, and aligned around shipping. Our catalog already includes original IPs, commissioned Unreal builds, an internal dev stack, and a service portfolio for teams entering games and interactive media, with limited, utility-focused Web3 support where appropriate.
We do not chase hype. We care if it plays well.
Before founding 3MetaD, Johan built his career on two tracks: technical reliability and creative obsession. With a B.A. in Game Design & 3D Modeling from the SF Art Institute, he spent years focused on environment art, animation, asset creation, and moment-to-moment game feel while simultaneously working as a systems and IT engineer supporting demanding enterprise teams.
That mix creative lead plus ops backbone defines how 3MetaD runs: flexible, fast, and execution-driven. Since 2022, Johan has worn almost every hat at the studio and driven the internal stack: leaderboard frameworks, modular pipelines, wallet-connect hooks, and production tooling.
The result is a game-first studio that can deliver AA-style content on indie timelines and budgets without pretending to be a 300-person publisher.
We do not just build one-off games. We build systems of play, progression, and community that can grow over time.
Orc Nation (2D → 3D): A fantasy world built around orc tribes, harsh biomes, and arena-driven combat. It began as a 2D project with an NFT collection on Polygon in 2024 and is evolving into a full 3D Unreal Engine experience featuring faction-based PvP, biome-specific arenas, and deep worldbuilding. Web3 is part of the story, but the focus is replayable combat and strong lore.
The 2D Ecosystem (Variety): A suite of mini-games showcasing our ability to ship varied genres:
Some are experimental, others candidate releases. All are internal labs for systems, UI, and tech.
Monsters & Villains (2024-2025): Delivered a full Unreal Engine build with four villain characters (with variants), four themed levels, a boss encounter, and 28 puzzle-driven quests from paper design to packaged build.
Proven Work-for-Hire Track Record (NDA): Completed a nine-month, $50,000 engagement on an unannounced strategy/RPG project. We designed the core loop, built backend systems, delivered combat mechanics, and ran full production & handoff inside another team’s constraints.
We are scaling in two directions that feed each other.
Ultra Kingdoms: Collaborating to host our portfolio within the Ultra Kingdoms platform, extending our reach beyond our own portal and testing multi-world distribution for Orc Nation and mini-games.
Orc Nation 3D is our flagship fantasy property with custom Unreal arena combat, stat-driven progression, biome-specific arenas, and a roadmap targeting Steam first, with browser and mobile extensions later. The goal is fun-first, risk-aware, original games that can grow into long-term franchises.
We help studios, brands, and teams step into games or limited Web3 utility without an in-house Unreal or integration team.
We take teams from idea → prototype → usable product without pretending to run their economy or compliance.
Our pipelines are built around three things: clarity, modularity, and repeatability.
We are not your tokenomics lab or legal team. We are your build partner.
“We’re here to make fun games that actually work in the real world built by a small tribe, shared with players, backed by systems that can scale when they need to.”
Every project is judged on three questions:
We’re not here to drop buzzwords or sell unreachable roadmaps. We build worlds that feel alive, tight, and worth returning to.
