Orc Nation 2D NFT Collection & First Playable

The Orc Nation Genesis

Our journey began with the release of the Orc Nation NFT collection—10,000 uniquely generated orcs that granted holders direct access to our first playable: RC Duels V1. This was more than a profile picture project; it was a gateway to exclusive content and community-driven gaming experiences.

Orc Nation 2D: Tribe-Only Access & Mini Game Ecosystem

Multi-Game Rollout for Holders

In 2023, we moved beyond single-game launches and doubled down on utility for our Orc Nation 2D NFT holders. As part of joining the tribe, every holder unlocked access to a growing suite of exclusive mini-games, reinforcing our vision of NFTs as a gateway to real, playable experiences—not just collectibles.

Key Games Released to Holders:

    • RPS – V1: Our modern take on Rock-Paper-Scissors Arena Assault, combining classic strategy with competitive NPC.

    • Stellar Paddle – V1: A retro-inspired, fast-paced arcade battler.

    • RC Duels – V1: The flagship vehicle combat card game, integrating NFT rewards and player progression.

    • Crypto Runner – V1: A skill-based endless runner set in a stylized blockchain world.

This multi-game drop transformed Orc Nation from a static NFT collection into a living, evolving games ecosystem. Every mini-game launch was built around community feedback, utility, and experimentation—laying the foundation for everything that came after.

Growth, Partnerships & Expanding the Universe

New Games & New Alliances

With a foundation in place, we continued developing internal mini-games and expanding the Orc Nation universe. Our roadmap accelerated in Q3 2024 as we secured our first major client partnership: Monsters & Villains. Over nine months, we delivered a full-featured puzzle-platformer with four complete levels, 28 original puzzles, and four distinctive playable characters—proving our capability to execute end-to-end for external partners.

Orc Nation 3D: Next-Gen Gaming & Team Growth

Orc Nation 3D Enters Production

Building on the momentum of our 2D collection, we greenlit Orc Nation 3D—a full-scale, immersive game experience powered by Unreal Engine 5.3+. We've expanded our team with a dedicated 3D division, pushing technical and creative boundaries to deliver a best-in-class RPG.

Innovation, Scale & Community Impact

We're committed to scaling our operations and raising the bar for both internal IPs and client projects. Our roadmap for 2025 includes:

    • Completing and shipping Orc Nation 3D as our flagship title.

    • Expanding our high-score and play-to-earn systems, bringing automated tournaments and Web3 rewards to all our games.

    • Driving new client partnerships, from NFTs to full-scale game development.

    • Deepening integration with our games and platforms.

    • Keeping the creative and technical pipeline strong, with regular releases and transparent updates for our community and partners.
